VIC takes out the top spot on energy levels, with SA being the bottom (although all states are quite close on this one).

Other key results...

Tasmanians are more likely than any other state or territory to say that in the past 12 months they have made a consistent effort to eat more organic products (30% vs. 24% for NSW, 23% VIC, 23% QLD, 23% WA 24% NT & 27% SA) in the past 12 months
ACT residents are more likely than any other state or territory to say they have reduced their work hours in the past 12 months to try to improve their health/sense of wellbeing (vs. NSW 23%, VIC 25%, QLD 27%, SA 25%, WA 26%, TAS 22% and NT 25%)
Tasmanians on average spend more time doing physical exercise each week than residents of any other state or territory at 2.91 hours per week.
More NT residents regularly participate in sport or exercise than any other state or territory – at 92%, followed by ACT at 91% (NSW 89%, VIC 90%, QLD 88%, SA 88%, WA 88% and TAS 87%)
Despite a higher average time spent doing exercise, Tasmania also has the highest level of obesity at 26% (based on BMI scores) compared to SA 20%, NT 16%, QLD 17%, VIC 19%, NSW 17% & ACT 15%.
Yet, more Tasmanians and South Australian residents say that they eat a fairly balanced diet with plenty of fruit and vegetables than any of the other states or territories, at 66% & 65% respectively (vs. NSW 62%, ACT 63%, VIC 62%, QLD 62%, WA 62% and NT 54%).
NT residents are by far the most confident when it comes to their future in the next 12 months – with 43% saying they are very confident about their future in the next 12 months (vs. ACT 27%, NSW 27%, VIC 27%, QLD 27%, SA 27%, WA 30% and TAS 25%).
NT and VIC residents are more satisfied with their physical appearance than any other state, at 70% and 67% respectively, followed by NSW 66%, WLD 66%, WA 65%, ACT 63% and TAS 62%.
On average NT residents have the most leisure time per week (3hours 48mins) and ACT residents the least (3hours & 8 minutes).
ACT and NSW residents are more likely than any other state or territory to say they are more stressed now than they were last year at 33% and 31% respectively (vs. 29% VIC, 28% QLD, 27% SA, TAS 28% and NT 26%)
All states are equal when it comes to average hours of sleep per night, with most getting around 6 and a half hours sleep. However some are more satisfied than others, with 50% of QLD residents saying they’re happy with the amount of sleep they’re getting, compared to only 41% of ACT residents. (NSW 48%, VIC 46%, SA 44%, WA 49%, TAS 47%, NT 48%).
